At Alegria Shoe Shop, we want you to walk in comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn footwear in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original Alegria box and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
